Jim began his career at BUA in 1996 after earning a degree in Psychology from Kent State University.

A recognized expert on health care reform and employee benefits, Jim has advised several members of Congress on the impact of the Affordable Care Act on consumers. He is also passionate about income protection believing the first step in any financial plan is insuring someone’s most valuable asset – their ability to earn a living.

Jim is responsible for overseeing all health based products at BUA as well as contributing to the overall management of the company.
