A graduate of the University of Akron, Dawn started at BUA as an Internal Wholesaler in January of 2007. Quickly adapting to the insurance industry, she was promoted to BUA Business Manager, and then promoted to Vice President - Finance in 2020. Today she is responsible for overseeing many of the day to day functions of the company, and commission accounting at BUA.
