What factors are considered to reward a client?
Documented evidence of preventative health and wellness to include fitness, prevention/screening, emotional and social. Examples include normal routine physicals, lab results, medical tests and preventative screening

- *Pending tickets must have Part I Application completed, signed and submitted prior to 10/01/2024 to be considered for existing underwriting guidelines
- Policy Reissue or Reapproval for improved rate class will not be honored.
- Additional underwriting evidence received on an approved or issued application will be assessed by the original guidelines by which the application was approved or issued.
- Reinstatement & Inforce Rate Reductions will align to original guidelines at time coverage was placed inforce.
