What factors are considered to reward a client?

Documented evidence of preventative health and wellness to include fitness, prevention/screening, emotional and social. Examples include normal routine physicals, lab results, medical tests and preventative screening

Deadlines Submission Type Details
October 1st, 2024 New Formal & Informal Applications New underwriting guidelines go into effect for all new applications received 10/01/2024 for all submission methods*.
December 2nd, 2024 Quoted Informal Cases quoted prior to 10/01/2024, formal application/ticket must be received on or before 12/02/2024 Coverage must be placed inforce by 12/20/2024
December 20th, 2024 Pending Formal Applications Prior to 10/01/2024 Submissions prior to 10/01/2024 must be inforce by 12/20/2024
  • *Pending tickets must have Part I Application completed, signed and submitted prior to 10/01/2024 to be considered for existing underwriting guidelines
  • Policy Reissue or Reapproval for improved rate class will not be honored.
  • Additional underwriting evidence received on an approved or issued application will be assessed by the original guidelines by which the application was approved or issued.
  • Reinstatement & Inforce Rate Reductions will align to original guidelines at time coverage was placed inforce.
