United of Omaha - Living Promise Whole Life Product Updates

Effective August 16, 2023, United of Omaha is pleased to announce they have increased the maximum face amount for the Level Benefit Plan on the Living Promise whole life product from $40,000 to $50,000. Plus, the Graded Benefit Plan option will now be available in Arkansas. That's great news for policyholders who want to make sure their friends and family are protected after they're gone.

In addition to the face amount increase, United of Omaha has made some underwriting changes:

• They have lowered the age for diabetes automatic declines to 45. (It was previously 50).
• Marijuana is no longer considered an "unlawful drug" for the purposes of the application and underwriting.
