Vive: System Maintenance Starting Tonight

As Vive integrates further into the Hexure ecosystem, Vive will undergo a migration tonight, Tuesday 8/13, after regular business hours that will likely last until approximately 12:00 PM (Eastern) time tomorrow, Wednesday 8/14. Vive will be offline during this time.

A maintenance message will appear in the system informing users that Vive is offline during this time. The Vive Client Portal will also be impacted during this time. An alert was added to Vive at 12:00 PM EST today.

Prudential: Temporary Suspension of NEW YORK Vive Drop Tickets

Effective Thursday, August 15th, the ability to submit drop ticket applications through Vive will be temporarily paused for New York business as maintenance is performed to connect these applications to e-Interview. Once the project is completed, New York drop tickets in Vive will be fully integrated with the electronic interview system, as is the case in other states. Prudential will not be listed as a carrier option for New York on Vive until the plan is finalized.
